Bigger Belly Bulge, Smaller Brain Volume

Good day bloggers! I've read an article today about "The BiggerYour Belly Bulge, The Smaller Your Brain Volume"... Their findings says that there is significant link between Visceral Fats (belly fats) and Lower Total Brain Volume. I thought having a BIG BELLY is our only problem, but there's MORE!!!
According to Neurologic studies that Adipose tissue (fats) contains inflammatory cells, risk for diabetes, risk for obesity, and brain volume due to hormonal issues. Adipose tissue derived form hormones could have a part in the adipose tissue atrophy link to the brain.
